“As a real estate appraiser, I worked primarily with banks,” says Arrian. “But I’ve found it much more satisfying to use my pricing skills to help real, breathing human beings make intelligent real estate decisions.” Arrian prides himself on being what he calls a market scholar—someone who continually studies the macro trends and micro-markets unique to San Francisco and Marin so that he can offer his clients meaningful, useful insights. But he also realizes that assessing price—and real estate in general—is as much art as it is science. While he’s known to create detailed spreadsheets for his clients, he’s just as likely to rely on instinct and experience when it comes to advising clients on a given deal’s strategic opportunities and potential pitfalls.
Arrian handles marketing for Artemis Real Estate. For seller clients, Arrian creates media campaigns—professionally developed brochures, property websites, floorplans, property videos, and more—to maximize a home’s exposure and target the right markets. For buyers, Arrian uses his deep connections in the industry, informed pricing expertise, and superb negotiation skills to deliver the most rewarding results possible.
Outside of the office, Arrian is a dedicated father of two sons. He devotes much of his time to running, weight training, reading, DJing, photography, and he is a Tesla and sustainability enthusiast. He and his wife, Sejal Binnings, are also avid travelers and real estate investors.
