Honestly, you couldn’t pick a better agent.
Rochelle was professional, understanding and she listened to my concerns, things I was looking for in a home, my budget, ideal location etc. She filled me in as to how the market typically acted, which times were typically better to buy than others, how the market was then, and the typical process of buying a home.
Within a couple of days, she had sent me lists of houses to look at, some just outside of my budget, some way below, some just right. At the time I was a little unsure as to why she sent particular listings but in hindsight, I am very happy she did. She told me it was a good idea to get a feel for the different kinds of homes and apartments and to see what typically was being offered at what prices. Showed the pros and cons to each. She never pushed for a sale, only educated me.
Her negotiation skills were impressive, and made the whole experience that much easier, it was also a great asset in avoiding entering into bidding wars. The whole process was completed in a little under two weeks, which still baffles me but is a testament to just how efficient she is at help you find the right spot with sellers who are serious.
I ended up finding the perfect spot, and in the process saved a lot more money than I expected to!
